As with all of our courses and services, the reproduction and distribution of our product without explicit, written permission is not allowed. Individuals violating this will be held legally liable.

Because I want to make sure that you have peace of mind when investing in your education, I offer a 14-day return policy and 365-day conditional refund period for your purchases. With that, I also want to make sure that you’re taking the time to work through and implement all of the strategies and techniques that are outlined in the course. Due to the digital nature of the course, there are NO refunds outside of the terms of terms of the 14-day return policy and 365-day conditional refund period.

In order to qualify and be eligible for the conditional refund, you must show proof that you completed the course workbook and all accompanying materials and that the course did not work for you. If you have utilized our payment plan, please note that we are unable to stop future payments without a refund request being submitted.

If you go through the course and decide that The Rep Recipe was not right for you or your business within the 14 day window, please email us at info@seniorphotographyeducation.com and let us know that you would like a refund before 11:59PM PST before or on the 14th day.

If you are opting for the 365-Day conditional guarantee, In that email, please include proof that you have completed all the accompanying coursework. If you submit a refund request without the accompanying coursework in the intial email, we will be unable to process a refund.

The coursework that must be included with your refund request is as follows and all steps must be completed (which are all taught in The Rep Recipe): any and all course workbooks or PDFs that accompany the module lessons; screenshots of social media posts specific to the content talked about throughout the modules; proof of messages/emails sent to individuals for your model call(s) and test shoot(s); images from your model call(s) shoot(s); proof at an attempt to follow the senior rep launch process as taught in the course two times; proof of working to establish a senior rep program such as timeline, messages/emails to prospective individuals and past clients, and general notes about program structure, fee, incentives, application questions and social media recruitment posts.

No refunds will be granted outside of the 365 day refund period and without the full accompanying coursework and proof of course completion being provided.. After 365 days, all refunds and payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for the full payment of the program regardless of if you complete the program.
