In the second episode of the Senior Rep Series, Sean Brown discusses how working harder is not the solution for a successful senior rep program. He advises doing a time audit to make sure you’re not spending more than 10 hours per quarter on your program. Giving seniors more shoots and photos is not what attracts them – they want connection and experiences. Scheduling the program during your busy season will make you overworked. Seniors join to make new friends, not for more photos. Make sure to leave time for other business tasks like marketing and administration. At the end, Sean promotes his free intro to senior photography video training series.
